PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle which can adjust air quantity introduced into an engine and achieve weight saving of a vehicle front part.SOLUTION: A duct body part 81 is formed by respectively combining a pair of right/left side passage formation members. A duct installation part 91 for a stay 90 is mounted on a top surface of the duct body part 81. Inside parts of a pair of right/left side holding parts 95 of the stay 90 respectively contact with the right/left lateral parts of the duct body part 81. A flap is arranged inside of the duct body part 81. The flap blocks or opens a part of an intake passage in the duct body part 81. The stay 90 is manufactured as a separate body separated from the duct body part 81. A reinforcement part consisting of a plurality of ribs is formed to support a mirror device fixing part 93 in the stay 90. A mirror device for rear viewing is attached to the mirror device fixing part 93. |
