PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coupon services for paying a discount in cashback by applying a coupon collectively applicable in credit card settlement in which the coupon is applied by a suitable combination so as to maximize a cashback amount.SOLUTION: A coupon management system includes: a coupon issuing unit 11 for recording information concerning each of two or more coupons issued to a customer from a member store to a coupon table 17, and recording the information of having issued the coupon to the customer corresponding to issuance conditions about each coupon to an issuance situation table 18; and a coupon application unit 12 for acquiring usage details 24 being a record of purchase using a credit card by the customer, extracting the coupon applicable to the purchase of the customer included in the usage details 24 on the basis of the information of the issuance situation of the coupon to the customer, and selecting the coupon of maximizing the discount at the time when the coupon is applied when two or more coupons are applicable to the purchase. |
