PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion/removal jig which enables a holder with rollers to be easily inserted or removed even in a large and heavy cylindrical roller bearing, to provide a disassembly method and an assembly method.SOLUTION: An insertion/removal jig 100 of a cylindrical roller bearing includes: a pedestal 110 on which a cylindrical roller bearing 200 is installed in a posture such that an axis of the cylindrical roller bearing 200 is arranged in a substantially horizontal direction; an insertion plate 130 which is formed by a thin plate having a partly cylindrical shape and inserted into a space between cylindrical rollers 206 of the cylindrical roller bearing 200 and an outer ring 202; and a rotary mechanism which rotates the insertion plate 130 around the axis of the cylindrical roller bearing 200. |
