The present invention relates to a dynamic quality control apparatus for a video processing device. The dynamic quality control apparatus comprises: a device connection detecting unit which detects a connection of an external device; a quality control unit which generates and outputs a video quality control command; and a video processing module which adjusts video quality to output a video according to the video quality control command. The dynamic quality control apparatus dynamically adjusts video quality of a video processing device according to a connection state of the external device to output a video in order to stabilize the video output, thereby increasing the performance of the video processing device. |
