Provided is a secondary battery inspection device having improved efficiency with convenient adjustment of temperature. The secondary battery inspection device of the present invention may include: a cell cover which comprises a lower cover having a path for a thermal media and a battery cell for inspection; and an upper cover having a path for a thermal media, capable of being adhered to the top side of the battery cell installed in the lower cover; and a circulator which circulates the thermal media through the path of the cell cover, thereby allowing the present invention to have improved inspection efficiency by shortening the time required for maintaining and changing temperature and facilitating the adjustment and maintenance of the temperature.
