The present invention relates to a construction method to perform insulation and finish at the same time after completing an outer wall surface of a foundation concrete outer wall of a building, and a construction structure thereof. More specifically, the method performs construction by attaching a tape having cushion to an outer surface after integrating a stone and an adiabatic material in order to improve an efficiency of insulation, and to obtain a solid construction state due to a reduction in construction time and labor force. |
