PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a position adjustment function of a substrate and improve heat radiation performance.SOLUTION: In an LED head 16 of a color printer 1, a protection sheet 57 is overlapped on an upper surface of a substrate 55, to which an LED array chip 56 is attached, so as to form an exposed part 55E and attachments 58 are attached to the substrate 55 to form an LED substrate part 54. In the LED head 16, the LED substrate part 54 is bonded to a side part 51B of a holder 51 by an adhesive 60 in a state where a position of the LED array chip 56 relative to a rod lens array 53 of the holder 51 is adjusted. Then, in the LED head 16, a gap between the substrate 55 and the holder 51 is sealed by a sealant 61 to improve heat conductivity between the exposed part 55E and the side part 51B. Further, heat generated by the LED array chip 56 and transmitted to the substrate 55 is transmitted to the holder 51 through the exposed part 55E and the sealant 61 to be radiated. |
