PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication device capable of suppressing a state in which no contact can be made from lasting.SOLUTION: A portable communication device comprises: an emergency contact address information storage part 102 which holds a telephone number that a user specifies as an emergency contact address as emergency contact address information; an emergency caller collation part 103 which collates the telephone number of an emergency caller terminal with the emergency contact address information based upon an emergency call request received from a substitute call originating terminal; an origination/termination control part 104 which makes a telephone call to the emergency caller terminal based upon a collation result of the emergency caller collation part 103; a substitute call answer generation part 107 which generates a substitute call permission answer for permitting an emergency call based upon an answer to the telephone origination to the emergency caller terminal; and an incoming call control part 105 which outputs a ring-back tone even in a notification-limited mode in response to telephone termination from the substitute call origination terminal for a predetermined acknowledgement time T2 after the transmission of the substitute call permission answer. |
