PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of distributing light to a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts, while achieving high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device includes a light receiving element including: a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts; a separation part positioned between the plurality of photoelectric conversion parts; and a light guide part that is surrounded by an insulating film including at least one insulating layer and is provided over the plurality of photoelectric conversion parts. The light guide part includes: a high refractive index part having a refractive index higher than that of the insulating layer; and a low refractive index part having a refractive index higher than that of the insulating layer and lower than that of the high refractive index part. The high refractive index part is positioned over each of the plurality of photoelectric conversion parts: the low refractive index part is positioned over the separation part. |
