PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system for controlling power supply in a mode convenient to a user who uses an electric apparatus.SOLUTION: A power management system for managing power to be supplied to an electric apparatus comprises: an acquisition unit 211 for acquiring facility information, which is information showing characteristics of a plurality of facilities included in each of a plurality of areas; a calculation unit 212 for calculating a possible reduction power amount, which is reducible power in each facility, on the basis of the facility information acquired by the acquisition unit 211; and a derivation unit 214 for deriving a target area for power reduction from the plurality of areas on the basis of a result of comparing the sum total of possible reduction power amounts of respective facilities included in a predetermined area of possible reduction power amounts of respective facilities calculated by the calculation unit 212 with a predetermined required reduction power amount. |
