PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of an inductor by miniaturizing a pad portion of a coil and reducing a size of a hole for a via electrode so that an area of a core formed inside the coil is increased.SOLUTION: An inductor includes: a supporter including a resin layer 41 and first and second metal layers 42, 43 which are formed on both faces of the resin layer 41; first and second coils formed on the first and second metal layers 42, 43, respectively and including first and second pad parts 23, 33 which are formed to be expanded on one end part thereof to face each other in comparison with the other parts; a via electrode 60 formed on the supporter to vertically penetrate for connecting the pad parts 23, 33 of the first and second coils; and a body in which the first and second coils are buried. The first and second metal layers 42, 43 include first and second groove parts 42a, 43a in positions corresponding to the first and second pad parts 23, 33. |
