A method of controlling interruption of power supply of an auxiliary coil (13) when a train passes a split phase, the method comprising: after a train receives a passing split phase warning signal on a first power supply arm (1), enabling a traction converter to operate in an inverter working condition and controlling the value of inverter current; after a main circuit breaker (9) is tripped, adjusting the current of the traction converter to satisfy the sum of the input current of an auxiliary system (7) and the excitation current of the main transformer (10), allowing the voltage phase of the traction control unit to continue to be synchronized with the voltage phase of the first power supply arm (1) before the main circuit breaker (9) was tripped; when the train leaves the split phase section, adjusting to allow the voltage phase of the traction control unit to be synchronized with a second power supply arm (2), and adjusting the AC-side voltage of the traction converter to approach the voltage of the second power supply arm (2); after the main circuit breaker (9) is closed, adjusting the traction converter control and increasing the current of the primary coil (11) of the transformer to enable the train to smoothly transition to the normal working condition, thus realizing uninterrupted power supply for the auxiliary coil (13) when the train is passing a split phase section.
