It is an object of the present discIosure to provide an absorbent article with an excel lent absorption property for urine cont;aLning solid components and resistance to leakage of urine containing solid components, as well as a wearable article provided with the absorbent article. The absorbent article of this disclosure has the following construction. An absorbent 10 article (100) for atsorbinc urine containing a solid component, wherein the top snee t- (120) is a nonwoven fabric having a skin side surface in which a projection (122) is formed, a content of fibers oriented in the thickness direction at the projection (122) of the 15 nonwoven fabric is greater than a content of fibers oriented in the thickness dir-ection at a section other than the projection (12-2) of the nonwoven fabric, a wet thickness of the nonwoven fabric is at least 85% of a dry thickness of the nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric has 20 a first fiber laver and a second fiber l aver, the first fiber layer is composed of fibers with durable hydrophilicity and the second fiber layer is composed or fibers with durable hydrophilicity and fibers with non durable hydrophilicity. |
