PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage pump capable of smoothly draining long fibrous garbage and sewage containing a large amount of large garbage.SOLUTION: A casing liner 6 used for a sewage pump includes at least one groove 18 having a predetermined width formed at least a portion of a surface opposed to an edge of a blade of an impeller 1. The groove 18 has, in a width direction thereof, a first part 21 having a predetermined depth on a side close to a rotation center L of the impeller 1, a second part 22 shallower than the first part 21 on a side remote from the rotation center L of the impeller 1 and a third part 23 configured to connect the first and second parts 21 and 22 with an inclined surface.
