CIRCULAR CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT OF UNDERGROUND NUCLEAR POWER STATION NUCLEAR ISLAND CAVERN GROUP

A circular construction layout of an underground nuclear power station nuclear island cavern group, comprising nuclear reactor plant caverns (1), electric plant caverns (2), safe plant caverns (3), nuclear auxiliary plant caverns (6), nuclear fuel plant caverns (4), connection plant caverns (5), a first main traffic tunnel (8), a second main traffic tunnel (9), a third main traffic tunnel (10), a fourth main traffic tunnel (7) and a main steam channel (11); the nuclear reactor plant caverns (1), the electric plant caverns (2), the safe plant caverns (3), the nuclear auxiliary plant caverns (6), the nuclear fuel plant caverns (4) and the connection plant caverns (5) form a nuclear island plant cavern group; the top arch foot or top arch end wall of each cavern in the nuclear island plant cavern group communicates with the earth surface via a top layer branching tunnel system; and the bottoms of the side walls of each cavern in the nuclear island plant cavern group are connected to each main traffic tunnel and the main steam channel via a bottom layer branching tunnel system. The cavern group having the above construction arrangement has short distance, good safety and a high degree of modularization, is convenient to construct, and saves investment.
