The present invention relates to a plasmidic minigenome comprising: -A first marker cassette wherein a HIV LTR promoter controls co- expression of a HIV tatcoding sequence and of a first reporter gene; -A second marker cassette wherein a constitutive promoter controls expression of a second reporter gene, wherein said plasmidic minigenome is free of other HIV coding sequences and wherein the products of said first reporter gene and of said second reporter gene are distinguishable.
