PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve analysis accuracy of eating operation.SOLUTION: An eating operation analysis device comprises: a reception part for receiving sensor data which includes position attitude information indicating at least any one of a position and attitude of a cutlery; and an eating operation extraction part for extracting sensor data related to the eating operation using the cutlery, based on the position attitude information included in the sensor data which is received by the reception part. The eating operation analysis device further comprises an information analysis part for determining an eating pattern which indicates a tendency of the eating operation of a user using the cutlery, based on the sensor data extracted by the eating operation extraction part.
