PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a show case capable of appropriately heating a food product according to the kind of the food product without changing a heater.SOLUTION: A show case 100 includes a heater 1 heating a food product A stored in a showcase body 100a by infrared rays, and a controlling unit 3 controlling the drive of the heater 1. The controlling unit 3 is formed so as to switch between on-off heating control of irradiating infrared rays having a first peak wavelength λ1 by turns on/off the heater 1 by rating electric power, and peak wavelength adjustment heating control of irradiating infrared rays having a second peak wavelength λ6 different from the first peak wavelength λ1 by adjusting a peak wavelength by changing electric power supplied to the heater 1. |
