摘要 This photoelectric hybrid substrate is configured so that the ends of an insulation layer (1) which extends in a band shape are formed respectively into photoelectric module units (A, A'), and a portion between the photoelectric module units (A, A') is formed into a wiring part (B) provided with a light guide path (W). The present invention is characterized by the following: a metal reinforcement layer (6) is formed so as to span the photoelectric module units (A, A') and the wiring part (B); the width of the metal reinforcement layer (6) provided in the wiring part (B) is set to be narrower than the width of the portion provided in the photoelectric module units (A, A'); and a break that transects the metal reinforcement layer in the width direction is formed in the metal reinforcement layer (6) provided in the wiring part (B). Due to this configuration, while securing the flexibility of the wiring part provided with the light guide path, the light guide path can be protected from bending and torsion of the wiring part, and an increase in light propagation loss can be suppressed. Further, the present invention is resistant to the impact of noise.
