A portable projector and projection processing method are disclosed in the present invention, wherein the method includes: turning on the projector light source, and projecting light to form a projection plane for displaying projection information; the area constituted by the light projection direction being a light projection area; obtaining the acquisition target proximity to the light projection area; identifying the collection target according to the preset configuration, and getting identification results; obtaining a first control instruction when the identification result is a human face, and closing the projection light source according to the first control instruction. |
