A method, device and system for processing power headroom report are disclosed in the present invention, and the method for processing power headroom report includes the following steps: a user equipment determines first power headroom information corresponding to a first subframe in a first cell (101), wherein the first cell belonging to a first Timing Advance Group (TAG), and the first TAG being a TAG in a first eNB or a first cell group; according to the first subframe, determines a second subframe having overlap period with the first subframe in a second cell (102), wherein the second cell belonging to a second TAG, and the second TAG being a TAG in a second eNB or a second cell group; determines whether the overlap period between the first subframe and the second subframe is greater or not less than a preset period threshold (103); if yes, determines second power headroom information corresponding to the second subframe in the second cell (104); sends the first power headroom information and the second power headroom information to at least one eNB of the first eNB and the second eNB or at least one cell group of the first cell group and the second cell group (105). According to the first power headroom information and the second power headroom information reported by the user equipment, the eNB or the cell group can judge correctly the power consumption condition of the user equipment during uplink transmitting on the two eNBs or cell groups. |
