The invention relates to an organic electronic device containing a stack, said device successively comprising the following layers: a polymer substrate covered with a first layer E1 consisting of a conductive or semiconductive material; a hole transport layer HTL; an active layer A; and a second layer E2 consisting of a conductive or semiconductive material. The HTL layer is a double layer consisting of a layer based on so-called neutral PEDOT:PSS and a a layer based on so-called acidic PEDOT:PSS. The neutral layer is in contact with the first layer E1 while the acid layer is in contact with the active layer A.
