<p>The invention concerns a method for the preparation of an acellular organic tissue for revitalization, in particular for the introduction of living cells, comprising a stage in which the acellular organic tissue (2; 12) is provided with a plurality of holes (4; 14) made through its surface (8; 18) and extending towards the inside of the tissue (2; 12). The holes intersect partially, thus forming holes (4; 14) partially communicating with each other. The invention also concerns the acellular organic tissue obtained with this method.</p> |
