摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to alleviate a combustible gas component in fuel gas to prevent ignition to it, or carbon monoxide poisoning at stoppage of power generation of a fuel cell, and to aim at size reduction. <P>SOLUTION: The system provided with a fuel cell, and a first temperature acquiring part S4 for acquiring temperature at a site showing the lowest temperature in a flow channel of fuel gas is further provided with a lowest temperature determination means 60a for determining whether a temperature acquired by the first temperature acquisition part S4 is above the water condensation temperature at stoppage of power generation of the fuel cell; and a circulation section closing means 60b for closing circulation of fuel gas in the circulation section of the fuel gas, including a fuel electrode, when the lowest temperature determination means 60a determines that the temperature acquired by the first temperature acquisition part S4 is above the water condensation temperature, as well as, a gas concentration lowering means 60c for lowering gas concentration in the closed circulation section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
