<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal sheet which is excellent in both of contamination resistance and scratch resistance and has matte appearance. <P>SOLUTION: A matte coating film excellent in both of contamination resistance and scratch resistance is formed on a surface of a metal sheet by applying an organic solvent-based coating material, which contains an organic resin, a silane compound or a condensate thereof, an organic resin-coated silica particle, a pigment and a dehydrating agent, to the surface of the metal sheet and drying the applied coating material. The silane compound or the condensate thereof can allow the contamination resistance of the coated metal sheet to be improved by hydrophilizing the surface of the coating film. The organic resin-coated silica particle is a porous particle, which is obtained by coating the surface of a porous silica particle having 1-15μm number-average particle size with the organic resin, and can allow the scratch resistance of the coated metal sheet to be improved and the appearance of the coating film to be matte with organic resin-coated silica particles compounded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
