An E-commerce payment method by card contact according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting, when a mobile terminal transmits payment request information to a payment agent server through an E-commerce server, the payment request information to a mobile secure payment authentication server by a payment agent server; accessing, when a mobile secure payment driving program is executed in the mobile terminal, the mobile secure payment authentication server and inputting a mobile secure payment password; authenticating, by the mobile secure payment authentication server, the input mobile secure payment password, and transmitting the authentication result to the payment agent server; receiving, when the authentication is completed in accordance with the authentication result and then a financial card comes in contact with the mobile terminal, the user′s authentication information from the financial card by the mobile terminal, and transmitting the user authentication information to the payment agent server through the E-commerce server; requesting, by the payment agent server, the user authentication information to a card company server to request authentication, authenticating the user′s authentication information and transmitting the authentication result to the payment agent server by the card company server; and requesting, by the payment agent server, payment authentication from a VAN company server in accordance with the authentication result. |
