<p>Provided is a liquid detection device whereby liquid leakage or the like can be reliably detected and reported to the exterior using a simple configuration without the need for power to be supplied from exterior, and whereby work to install and replace constituent members is relatively simple. A connector (17) includes a first connector (19A) having a pair of first connector terminals (41a, 41b) connected to an electrode of a water cell (21), and a second connector (19B) having a pair of second connector terminals (48a, 48b) connected to an electrode of a reporting device (18).
