<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shielding film which has a sufficient function as a sunshade and allows proper viewing of scenery from a window without obstructing the scenery. <P>SOLUTION: A light shielding film 1 is composed of a prism-sheet-like layer 2, a light shielding layer 4, and a filling layer 5. The prism-sheet-like layer 2 has a three-dimensional shape part 33 formed on its inner surface side, where protrusions 3 in a shape of a triangle pole or a shape of a trapezoidal pole are arranged in parallel. The light shielding layer 4 is laminated on only one slant face of slant faces having two different orientations in the three-dimensional shape part 33.
