<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method of an electrolytic bath and an operation restart method of an electrolytic bath which can obtain good and stable electrolytic performance after restart of operation.SOLUTION: In an assembly method of an electrolytic bath 1 with an ion-exchange membrane 16 installed in an electrolytic cell 10 having an anode 101 and a cathode 102, the inside of a cathode chamber 10B of the electrolytic cell 10 is filled with an alkaline aqueous solution of 0.1 N or more during the period from fitting of the ion-exchange membrane 16 to the electrolytic cell 10 to the start of operation. In an operation restart method of an electrolytic bath 1 with an ion-exchange membrane 16 installed in an electrolytic cell 10 having an anode 101 and a cathode 102, the inside of a cathode chamber 10B of the electrolytic cell 10 is filled with an alkaline aqueous solution of 0.1 N or more during the period from operation stop to operation restart of the electrolytic bath 1.</p> |
