The winder (1) has a handle, a motor (5) and a stationary heating core (3) for receiving a hair roller. A transmission unit (4) transmits a rotation movement of the motor to the hair roller during use while keeping the core stationary. A micro-switch detects presence of a hair-roller (2) so as to start a maximum heating power when the absence of the hair roller is detected and allow the release of an electronic time delay of the heating power when the presence of hair roller is detected. A mechanism locks and unlocks the hair roller on the handle. |
