Disclosed is an all-in-one test device to calculate a fire property comprising: a main body having a base unit; a cone-shaped heat flux application device covering a large area installed in the main body which generates and provides radiant heat to a sample for combustion; a mass reduction measurement device installed in a base unit which measures reduction of mass while a sample is combusted; a temperature measurement device for the sample installed in a heat flux application device covering a large area which measures a temperature of the sample; and a sample holder installed in an upper part of the mass reduction measurement device to accommodate and combust the sample.
