The present invention constructs an elastic pavement by using a polyurethane chip made by collecting thermosetting waste polyurethane, dividing it into a polyester system and a polyether system, putting the resin of the polyester system and the resin of the polyether system into a rotating mixer by stage, and melting them. As the physical properties of the polyurethane chip are excellent, the elasticity of the constructed elastic pavement can be maintained to be uniform for the elderly and infirm to be able to conveniently walk on it. Since paints of various colors can be added during production of the polyurethane chip, proper colors can be expressed on the constructed surface. In addition, as waste polyurethane, which is a continuously generated industrial waste, is used, the present invention can protect the environment and produce a positive economic effect. |
