The reception terminal 10 detects break information indicating a timing when a patient has been changed. The reception terminal 10 generates division voice information in which the voice information is divided into a plurality of pieces of voice information corresponding to each patient on the basis of the break information, and stores the division voice information in a storage device of a file server 100. |
