<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input pen capable of performing input operation with smooth slide operation, no displacement of a detection position due to pen pressure, and no damage to a panel surface, and also capable of performing input operation such as drawing a line under a data piece of texts in a so-called electronic book because a pen tip has a plane part with a certain degree of softness. <P>SOLUTION: A fiber bundle configuring a pen tip of a touch pen for input is made of synthetic or natural fibers that are bonded to a porous bundle with synthetic resin adhesive.
