<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recommendation information before departure based on traffic information so as to enable the departure at such a time as to arrive at the destination as scheduled. <P>SOLUTION: A user information storage part is referred which stores a destination and departure place of a user, and an estimated time of departure from the departure place or an estimated time of arrival at the destination as user information, a required time from the departure place to the destination is calculated by referring to traffic information from the departure place to the destination, the recommended departure time is calculated on the basis of the required time and the estimated time of departure or the estimated time of arrival, and recommendation information including the recommended departure time is notified to a user terminal before the recommended departure time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
