<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based powder-containing cosmetic that suppresses skin stickiness, is enhanced in a dry feeling and persistency and exhibits an excellent feeling of use by uniform redispersion of silicic anhydride in an acidic to weakly acidic region, and a powder-containing cosmetic that, when contained inside a non-aerosol jetting container, exhibits excellent redispersibility of the silicic anhydride to inhibit aggregation thereby causing no clogging in an ejection port of the container. <P>SOLUTION: The water-based cosmetic contains at least silicic anhydride, a cationic polymer, a nonionic surfactant and water, where the water-based cosmetic has a ratio of the cationic polymer to the nonionic surfactant (cationic polymer/nonionic surfactant) of at least 0.02 and at most 10 and a pH at 25°C of 3 or higher and lower than 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
