The present invention relates to a blind board device having a door, wherein a hinged door is formed on the blind board combined with the exposed section of a sewer to enable a user to easily access the sewer without raising the blind board using hands, and a light-emitting means is provided on one side of a cover plate, which is combined to protect a transparent plate on the top of an inspection hole formed on the blind board, to enable light to be irradiated automatically into the sewer. |
