PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TAB tape and a method of manufacturing the TAB tape, capable of improving a reliability of an operation. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method of manufacturing the TAB tape provided with an insulating tape and a circuit pattern formed on the insulating tape, including the processes of: forming a sputter thin film only in a formation schedule region of the circuit pattern on the insulating tape; and forming an electric plating layer on the sputter thin film formed on the insulating tape to form the circuit pattern.
