PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device, capable of reducing the manufacturing cost, by miniaturizing a wavelength conversion element, even if a laser light source device is equipped with a plurality of light-emitting parts, and preferably, also attaining suppression of dispersion of the wavelength conversion efficiency for each device, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor, and an image display device. SOLUTION: The device comprises a condensing member 6 for condensing light L1 emitted from a plurality of light-emitting parts 1a to be incident on a wavelength conversion element 4, which is provided on an optical path from a laser light source 1 to the wavelength conversion element 4.
