PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulletin device allowing easy attachment/detachment of a notice and preventing interruption of a view or deterioration of a fine view when no notice is attached. SOLUTION: The bulletin device is provided with a transparent/translucent bulletin board 2, which is stood or hung in the position of a bulletin for allowing removable attachment of a notice 60 on one face or both faces, and a transparent/translucent protective plate 16 attached movably to one face or both faces of the bulletin board 2 for covering the surface of the notice 60 attached to one face or the both faces of the bulletin board 2. The bulletin board 2 and the protective plate 16 are formed of reinforced glass/plastic, and consequently a view is not blocked or its beauty is not deteriorated even if the notice 60 is not attached.
