PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensively a structure having a simply shaped caliper side pad clip 19 disposed between an outer side pad 5a and a caliper claw 7d to prevent looseness of a caliper 3c, and integrally handling the pad 5a and the caliper side pad clip 19. SOLUTION: The caliper side pad clip 19 is the only member for preventing the looseness of the caliper 3c. The caliper side pad clip 19 comprises: a base part 33 fixed to an outer face of a pressure plate 9 of the pad 5a; and extension parts 34, 34 extended from the base part 33. To prevent the looseness of the caliper 3c, a portion from middle parts to tip parts of the extension parts 34, 34 are engaged without looseness with respect to a radial direction of a rotor in recess parts 39, 39 formed to the outer face of the caliper claw 7d over a circumferential direction.
