PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary treatment apparatus efficiently crushing a treating object. SOLUTION: The rotary treatment apparatus is provided with a rotatable cylindrical body 31 discharging the treating objects fed from one end from the other end, a blade unit 38 having a plurality of blade parts 38a abutting on an inner wall of the cylindrical body at the end and rotatable in the cylindrical body according to the rotation of the cylindrical body, and a dispersion medium 39 disposed in the cylindrical body and movable in a space including the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body. The blade unit has a stopper 38b provided with an opening 38c preventing passing of the dispersion medium to the other end side and allowing passing of the treating objects to the other end side.
