PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for water treatment and a reaction tank for water treatment for obtaining an excellent treatment efficiency regardless of an external factor, such as the water quality of water to be treated and variation thereof, an injection rate of ozone gas, and a shape of reaction devices. SOLUTION: In the reaction tank for the water treatment 71, the ozone gas is injected via an ozone gas injection pipe 221 into the water to be treated flowing and stored in the reaction tank 211 via a water supply pipe 11 and the concentration of the produced dissolved ozone is measured with a dissolved ozone concentration meter 231. Then, on the basis of the measured concentration of the dissolved ozone, a feedback controller 241 determines the amount of hydrogen peroxide to be injected, which is injected into the water to be treated by a hydrogen peroxide injection device 251 via a hydrogen peroxide injection pipe 261.
