TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL METHOD, BASE STATION APPARATUS, AND USER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure transmission power control of fixed degree on the uplink even if permission of uplink transmission is not assigned from a base station.

SOLUTION: A base station apparatus used in a wireless communication system employing a joint channel has a section for generating the transmission power control information of a user device based on an uplink signal transmitted from the user device, and a wireless resource control section for transmitting the transmission power control information thus generated together with an uplink allocation notice when an uplink wireless resource is assigned for the user device but for outputting the information for assigning the wireless resource such that it is transmitted as independent transmission power control information.
