<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polylactic acid block copolymer, by which the polylactic acid block copolymer can be produced at a low cost with low energy and impurities such as a metal in the polymer can be reduced to increase the content of a stereocomplex crystal. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the polylactic acid block copolymer comprises: a first step of obtaining a poly-L-lactic acid; and a second step of carrying out ring opening polymerization of a D-lactide in the presence of a compound represented by chemical formula (1) and having a guanidine skeleton in an organic solvent. Otherwise, the method for producing the polylactic acid block copolymer comprises: a first step of obtaining a poly-D-lactic acid; and a second step of carrying out the ring opening polymerization of an L-lactide in the presence of the compound represented by chemical formula (1) and having the guanidine skeleton in the organic solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
