<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface suited to a user's taste. <P>SOLUTION: The information signal processing apparatus comprises: an input frequency calculating section 23 for calculating a frequency of a second command outputted from a manipulation section 1 and a first command that is a command previously executed to be temporally continuously inputted; and a moving speed calculating means 24 for calculating a moving speed from the first command to the second command. Furthermore, the information signal processing apparatus comprises: a command relevance calculating section 25 for calculating relevance between commands on the basis of the input frequency and the moving speed; and a display command extracting section 26 for associating a command inputted from the manipulation section 1 with the first command, extracting and outputting the second command having high relevance with the first command.
