<p>A sheet material (10-a) for multilayer optical recording medium comprises an optical recording layer (1) containing multiple-photon absorbing material, an adhesive layer (4), and an energy-beam curing transfer layer (3). The energy-beam curing transfer layer (3) is for transferring the shape of a stamper having pits/grooves in the surface formed as recording pits and/or grooves. The energy-beam curing transfer layer (3) and the adhesive layer (4) are provided on the outermost side. With this, a multilayer optical recording medium having a repetition structure where optical recording layers having high thickness accuracies of each layer and high thickness accuracy of the whole layers are formed can be fabricated with high productivity and position information is contained in the optical recording medium.</p> |
