The invention relates to engine-building, in particular to devices for processing liquid hydrocarbon fuel. Said invention makes it possible to design a structure which improves the quality of fuel processing and is largely used. The inventive device comprises an electrically conductive body with a cavity and a rod connectable to the terminals of a power supply. The rod is located in the body cavity in such a way that a processing chamber is formed. A winding is disposed around the rod. A dielectric bushing is fastened to the end part of the body. The tail part of the rode, the working part of which has a central longitudinal hole and an outside surface, is positioned in the through hole of the dielectric bushing. The winding is arranged along the length of the working part of the rod and is electrically connected by one end thereof to the outside surface of the working part of the rod and is dielectrically connected to the working part of the rod which is nearest to the fuel output from the processing chamber. Input and output sleeves are mounted on the lateral outside surface of the body. A blind plug is mounted on the body end face which is opposite to the end face with the dielectric bushing fastened thereto. In the second variant, the output sleeve is made in the end face of the body which is opposite to the end face with the dielectric bushing secured thereto.
