TISSUE ENGINEERING TENDON AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS IN VITRO THEREOF

The invention discloses a tissue engineering tendon graft, comprising: (a) pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material; and (b) seed cell, which can be inoculated on the described biodegradable material and is selected from: (i) fibroblast; (ii) adipose derived cell, or (iii) mixture of dermal fibroblast and adipose derived cell according to the ratio of 1:10-10000:1. The graft can be prepared by mixing of seed cell and pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material, obtaining a composition of seed cell and pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material, then culturing the composition in bioreactor in vitro. The graft can be used for effectively repairing the damage of tendon.
