An apparatus for preparing a fermented liquor is provided to allow a fermented liquor to be manufactured automatically and easily irrespective of the season and space. An apparatus for preparing a fermented liquor comprises a fermentation container(110) where the raw material for a fermented liquor is stored; a heat supply part(130) which heats or cools the fermentation container; a control part(140) which controls the heat supply part, thereby controlling the fermentation temperature of the raw material for a fermented liquor; and an internal gas discharge part(150) which discharges the gas generated during the fermentation process of the fermentation container and blocks the inflow of the external air into the fermentation container.
